A former founding director of the business, Gino leads the engineering team with the design of all our large-scale off-grid and solar hybrid projects. Gino has 15 years in the solar PV industry and has designed and project managed some of Australia’s largest off-grid solar PV systems, including remote Government ranger bases and entire small outback communities. In addition to his Clean Energy Council solar qualifications, Gino also holds an Advanced Diploma in Electronics & Communications Engineering, a Diploma in Project Management, a Cert III in Telecommunications, and an ACMA Data Cabling License.
A veteran electrician of more than 20 years, Blair has been an accredited PV system installer since 2009 and since this time has installed literally Megawatts of grid connected and off-grid PV systems all over Australia, including a recent 226kW SolarEdge DC Optimiser PV system on the 8th floor of a university facility in the Brisbane inner city. Blair is also an accredited PV System auditor with the Australian Government (CER- Clean Energy Regulator) and conducts regular solar audit work for the CER on a contractual basis. Blair ensures your system installation under his control will be completed to the highest standard in the industry.
Amongst other duties including clerical and administration, Stacy is responsible for sales guidance and coaching, and keeps our sales representatives on their toes. Stacy’s process and organisational skills are second-to-none, which is reflected in the way we go about our business. A commercial sales manager in a former career, and a veteran of several years in a similar role at our partner company Intrinsic Energy Solutions, a large electrical contracting business, Stacy brings a wealth of experience to Solar Hybrids, and as such assists in a variety of roles including HR recruitment & sales coaching.
Quality, Health & Safety and the Environment are overriding elements in any major project, and as a licensed electrician Chris is highly aware of the importance of these considerations on a worksite. Also armed with a Science Degree majoring in Mathematics from the University of Queensland, and currently studying part time for a law degree, Chris adopts a highly analytical approach to his role and is constantly driven towards continually improving the relevant processes. A veteran of almost 20 years in this role at a large electrical contracting business, Chris brings a wealth of critical expertise to any project large or small.
Rory completed his Electrical apprenticeship in 2016 and since then has gained experience in various aspects of the electrical industry including residential, commercial and industrial electrical and Solar. Rory is an accredited PV system installer with the CEC (Clean Energy Council) and has installed numerous Solar systems. Rory also has experience working on Solar Farms and now has experience with complex off grid systems having been an integral part of the Solar Hybrids Off grid team installing a number of stand alone power systems integrating ground mount Solar PV with Battery backup and diesel genset. Rory is passionate about the solar industry and will bring that enthusiasm and commitment to ensuring your Solar system install is of the highest quality.
With an Adv Dip in Financial Services and over 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector specialising in portfolio management and the design and implementation of strategies that help deliver on client’s needs and objectives, Craig’s focus is very much centred on exploring and finding the very best outcome for our clients. Having recently completed a course in Solar Power System Fundamentals, Craig has a deep personal passion for the renewable energy sector and is always keen to demonstrate to potential clients that investing in solar energy is often the best investment they can make, whilst at the same time benefitting the environment by removing the unnecessary need for fossil fuel-based suppliers.
As a licenced electrician and the Qualified Technical Person for all our company electrical contracting licences, Trent ensures that our high standard of workmanship is uniform across all teams in the field, as well as overseeing the holistic quality assurance process from the initial preliminary design by our sales staff through to the engineering design and final construction in the field. With more than 12 years in this role at Intrinsic Energy Solutions, Trent’s insatiable quest for continual quality improvement across all facets of the business instils the confidence that our many return high-profile clients require.
